- cookie identifiers where applicable.
3. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by banks or third-party payment providers.
We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers, CVV codes or equivalent card-security credentials within Ivan Moshe Studio’s custom website systems.
Payment providers may independently collect and process information needed to authorize and settle transactions under their own privacy policies.
4. Why We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- prepare quotations;
- create and administer orders;
- process payments;
- perform commissioned services;
- communicate about projects;
- deliver completed work;
- provide customer support;
- maintain financial and business records;
- prevent fraud and misuse;
- secure the website;
- comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements;
- handle disputes, refunds or chargebacks;
- improve our services and website.
Where another legal regime applies, additional grounds for processing may apply.
5. Project Files and Cloud Services
Large project files may be exchanged using Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar cloud/file-transfer services.
Where you choose or are instructed to use a third-party service, that provider may process data under its own privacy policy and terms.
Please avoid supplying personal information that is not reasonably necessary for the project.
6. Service Providers
We may use third parties to operate our business, including providers of:
- website hosting;
- WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure;
- payment processing;
- banking;
- email delivery;
- cloud storage;
- file transfer;
- backups;
- security;
- accounting;
- professional advice;
- analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta), only where you have permitted it (see section 8).
They may receive information only to the extent reasonably required to provide their services or comply with applicable law.
7. International Processing
Some service providers may store or process information outside Israel.
When using international cloud, payment, hosting or technology providers, information may therefore be processed in other jurisdictions.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements appropriate to the information being processed.
8. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Necessary technologies
The website uses cookies or similar technologies that are required for it to work, such as:
- shopping cart operation;
- checkout;
- login/session management;
- security;
- site preferences;
- remembering your privacy choices.
These are always active. They are not used for analytics or advertising.
Optional analytics
With your permission, the website may use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google, to understand visits, how the site is used, how it performs and how enquiries and orders come about.
Google Analytics does not load on this website unless you have permitted Analytics technologies. Google may process this information under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Optional advertising
With your permission, the website may use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms, to measure advertising campaigns, build audiences and show more relevant advertising, including on Meta’s platforms.
The Meta Pixel does not load on this website unless you have permitted Advertising technologies. Meta may process this information under its own privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
What this website sends
The website’s own measurement is limited to page and interaction events: for example, which part of the portfolio or which service page was viewed, whether a package was added to the cart, or that an enquiry was sent, together with the general kind of enquiry or order.
The website does not intentionally send the contents of forms to Google Analytics or to Meta: not names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, project briefs, or the files and links you supply.
Your choice
When you first visit, you can choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences to decide about Analytics and Advertising separately. Nothing optional is switched on before you choose.
You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the foot of the page.
Remembering your choice
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named imsc_consent for up to 182 days, so that you are not asked again on every visit. This cookie records only your choice. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
Campaign parameters
After you have permitted Analytics, the website may use standard campaign parameters in the address of the page you arrived at (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term) to understand how visitors reach the site, including which campaign an enquiry came from.
9. Marketing
We do not automatically treat placing an order or requesting a quotation as unlimited consent to receive marketing communications.
If marketing emails are offered, they should include an appropriate way to unsubscribe.
Transactional communications relating to an enquiry, quotation, order, payment, project or delivery are not the same as marketing communications.
10. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- delivering projects;
- maintaining business records;
- accounting and tax obligations;
- resolving disputes;
- maintaining evidence of licenses, approvals and transactions;
- enforcing contractual rights.
Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.
Where Google Analytics is used, event and user-level data retention in Google Analytics is configured to 14 months, subject to Google’s own processing and policies.
Project files may be removed from active systems after completion. Clients should maintain their own permanent copies of delivered work.
11. Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to our business and the information being processed.
No website, email system or cloud service can guarantee absolute security.
Clients should not send passwords, complete card information or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary project forms or email.
12. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights relating to personal information held about you.
These may include rights to request access, correction or other treatment of personal information where provided by law.
Requests may be sent to:
ivan@ivanmoshe.com
We may need to verify identity before responding to a request.
13. Information About Other People
If you provide personal information about another person — for example a model, employee, representative or customer — you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide that information where required.
14. Children
Our commercial services are directed primarily to businesses and adult clients.
The website is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information inappropriately, contact us.
15. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties. Their own terms and policies apply when you leave our website.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
